A NEWLY single Love Island star has signed up for Celebs Go Dating – just weeks after splitting from his ex – The Sun can exclusively reveal.
All four of the final Love Island couples from this year’s summer series have split.
Earlier this month we told how Ciaran Davies and Nicole Samuel were the latest Islanders to go their separate ways.
And fans won’t have to wait long until they see Ciaran on-screen again as he’s one of the stars taking part in the upcoming series of Celebs Go Dating.
Unsurprisingly Nicole isn’t looking forward to seeing her ex looking for love on TV.
An insider said: “He’s signed a big money, five figure deal to appear on the show next year.
“Nicole isn’t best pleased – it’s the last thing she wants to see him dating on TV – but she knows it’s his choice and will be good for his career.”
Ciaran’s rep and E4 have been approached by The Sun for comment.
Ciaran and Nicole appeared to be one of the strongest couples to come out of this year’s show.
They moved in together as soon as they left the villa in second place.
Speaking previously about their plans for the future, Nicole said: “If I didn’t think we were going to get married and have babies one day, we wouldn’t be together, so I’d say that’s definitely on the cards in the future. Ci would be an amazing dad.”
Ciaran also opened up about how they made their relationship work, telling Heat: “I think the important thing is communication.
“You need to be with someone who understands you and who you can talk to about anything.
“Also, always try to have fun, even when doing the boring stuff. And support each other, be happy for each other.”
Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan won this year’s series but split just two months later.
Also in the final were Matilda Draper and Sean Stone, but she’s since moved on with Towie star Roman Hackett.
Jess Spencer and Ayo Odukoya also made it to the final, but she confirmed their break-up in October.
