I’M A CELEBRITY beauty Maura Higgins has revealed her post-jungle diet – with zero “regrets”.
The Love Island alum proved hugely popular with fans during her stint in the ITV2 reality series, forging a strong friendship with fellow latecomer the Reverend Richard Coles, 62.
Maura, 34, was sixth to be booted out of the Aussie jungle and, straight after her departure, she revealed she’d been on a boozy all-nighter.
Now the Glow Up Ireland presenter has captured her pre-Christmas feast during a night out, following a trip to Winter Wonderland.
She posted a snapshot of a variety of foodie treats in bowls and brass saucepans, with a glass of wine peeking into the corner of her Instagram Stories snap.
In her caption, the reality star revealed: “I’ve eaten pasta every night since the jungle.
“No regrets!”
On her jungle exit, Maura hit the red wine after being given the boot in a double eviction with boxer Barry McGuigan, 63.
When her time in camp wrapped, she appeared on I’m A Celeb spin-off Unwrapped to discuss her jungle antics with Barry.
The Irishman was quick to joke about Maura’s behaviour outside of the Aussie compound and said: “Its fascinating being on this side, we just stuffed our faces.
“I had a good sleep, not sure you had a good sleep Maura.
“She’s been drinking long into the night.”
Maura, dressed in a strapless leaf-print corset dress wit lace-up detail then interjected: “Barry don’t tell everyone!”
Joel Dommett then asked Maura just how she had celebrated and she said: “I only slept for an hour an a half.
“I went crazy with the food, I had a bottle of wine last night, yeah I definitely went overboard.”
Prior to her time in the camp, she lived it up on a host of party nights and at events.

There was also an All Star series in South Africa in 2023, which was won by Myleene Klass.
She even admitted she “wasn’t well” and “had the shakes” on her arrival Down Under.
Maura reunited with TOWIE alum Pete Wicks just a day after returning to the UK.
The pair – who Maura revealed were dating during a candid confession in camp – were seen at a nail bar in London.
They also fired up romance rumours again after meeting up for a luxurious night in.
During her time in the jungle, she addressed the romance speculation between the two.
She insisted she was single – despite having shared passionate snogs with Pete.
“No, I’m single. People can date and not be in a relationship and take things slow.
“What’s the point in getting them involved too soon, when you just don’t know where it’s gonna go, you know?”
Maura added: “Well we’ve already been papped, tongues down each other’s necks and we had no idea!
“The funniest part was I had a vape in one hand and a cigarette in the other, living my best life.”
Meanwhile, in the I’m A Celeb Coming Out show, Maura asked her pal about Pete’s Strictly progress and said: “Is Pete still in the show?”
She later adds: “If you’re missing someone, you’re missing someone and it comes out. And I do, I miss him. Yeah, I really do miss him.”
