Two teenagers have been charged with murder after a 19-year-old was stabbed to death in Hampshire.
Tawana Choruma was found seriously injured in Netley, Hampshire, last Wednesday evening.
Paramedics quickly arrived and tried to save the teenager at the scene on Station Road, but he was unfortunately pronounced dead at 6.26pm on December 18.
Now, Hampshire police have arrested Dominic Adeyemi, 18, and Jack Hibberd, 18.
Both teenagers have been charged with murder and will appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court.
A 51-year-old man from Southampton arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been released on conditional bail.
Another 18-year-old man from Southampton, who was arrested on suspicion of murder and possessing stolen property, has been released on police bail.
A 36-year-old woman from Southampton arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender will face no further action for this offence.
A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said that she had been released on conditional bail after also being arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B and possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
A 15-year-old boy who had been previously arrested on suspicion of murder was also released with no further action, the spokesman said.
The force had previously urged residents in Netley to check their bins for a mobile phone that may have been discarded following the boy’s killing.
