This Joe Burrow play was legit magic.
The Cincinnati Bengals are fighting for their playoff lives as they enter Week 16 against the Cleveland Browns. Joe Burrow has been balling despite Cincy’s rollercoaster season, and on Sunday he made one of his best plays all year.
After marching the Bengals down to the goal line in the first quarter, Burrow evaded the Cleveland rush, stepped up in the pocket, and lunged to throw a touchdown pass to Tee Higgins milliseconds before being taken down to the ground.
How the heck did Burrow get this throw off? It looked like his knee was just about down, but the refs ruled that he got it off in time. Watch the play here:

The core strength and flexibility to get that throw off in time is crazy. This is another reminder that Burrow is one of the best QBs in the NFL even if the Bengals have had the season from hell.
NFL fans couldn’t believe Burrow made this play:

Get this man some help, Cincy. Burrow is too good for the Bengals to be so bad.
