A WOMAN has shared the jaw-dropping story of betrayal that saw her ‘best friend’ not only sleep with her boyfriend but also her 78-year-old grandfather.
The 22-year-old was blindsided when she discovered shocking photos and videos of the acts-some of which occurred on her grandmother’s bed.
A single mother discovered that her ex cheating on her with best-friend and her grandpa[/caption]Opening up in a lengthy Reddit post, she detailed the breakdown of her relationship and the events that led to the shocking revelations.
She began: “In 2021, I was going through a terrible breakup with my boyfriend at the time.
“I caught him cheating several times, he totalled my £35,000 car, he refused to work, and I continuously caught him stealing from my grandmother and me.”
A single mother working 60-hour weeks as a bartender, she described how she paid all the bills – hers, her grandmother’s, her daughter’s, and even her then-boyfriend’s – while he sat at home smoking pot and complaining about her lack of attention.
“I finally left him and begged him to move out of my grandparents’ house,” she explained.
“It took three months, but we eventually got an eviction and trespassing order against him.”
A month after her ex moved out, her ‘best friend’ – a nurse with five kids – came into town.
The pair caught up and reminisced about old times while the woman’s grandmother helped with her friend’s children.
“She stayed the night,” the woman said. “The next morning, she told me she didn’t have money for gas or food for her kids to get to their dad. I reluctantly gave her some cash and sent her on her way.”
But just two days later, things took a shocking turn.
“I received a photo of my ex-boyfriend and my best friend from a random number with the caption: ‘I slept with your best friend.’ I didn’t pay much attention to it – I was moving on with my life.”
A week later, things escalated when her grandmother called her 30 times in a panic.
“She asked me, ‘Who the hell did you have at my house last week with the five kids?’ When I said it was [my friend], she told me: ‘She f***ed my husband, and I have the pictures to prove it.’”
To her horror, the images showed her friend engaging in intimate acts with her grandfather on the kitchen island, in the shower, and on her grandmother’s bed.
She slept with my grandpa and then with my ex within six hours!
The anonymous woman
“It wasn’t like she didn’t know she was being filmed – she was staring straight into the camera. There were even VIDEOS!”
Adding insult to injury, her ex-boyfriend later sent her a picture of himself with the same friend – still wearing the pink lace underwear from her encounter with the grandfather.
Private Investigator Aaron Bond from BondRees revealed four warning signs your partner might be cheating.
They start to take their phone everywhere with them
In close relationships, it’s normal to know each other’s passwords and use each other’s phones, if their phone habits change then they may be hiding something.
Aaron says: “If your partner starts changing their passwords, starts taking their phone everywhere with them, even around the house or they become defensive when you ask to use their phone it could be a sign of them not being faithful.”
“You should also look at how they place their phone down when not in use. If they face the phone with the screen facing down, then they could be hiding something.”
They start telling you less about their day
When partners cheat they can start to avoid you, this could be down to them feeling guilty or because it makes it easier for them to lie to you.
“If you feel like your partner has suddenly begun to avoid you and they don’t want to do things with you any more or they stop telling you about their day then this is another red flag.”
“Partners often avoid their spouses or tell them less about their day because cheating can be tough, remembering all of your lies is impossible and it’s an easy way to get caught out,” says Aaron.
Their libido changes
Your partner’s libido can change for a range of reasons so it may not be a sure sign of cheating but it can be a red flag according to Aaron.
Aaron says: “Cheaters often have less sex at home because they are cheating, but on occasions, they may also have more sex at home, this is because they feel guilty and use this increase in sex to hide their cheating. You may also find that your partner will start to introduce new things into your sex life that weren’t there before.”
They become negative towards you
Cheaters know that cheating is wrong and to them, it will feel good, this can cause tension and anxiety within themselves which they will need to justify.
“To get rid of the tension they feel inside they will try to convince themselves that you are the problem and they will become critical of you out of nowhere. Maybe you haven’t walked the dog that day, put the dishes away or read a book to your children before bedtime. A small problem like this can now feel like a big deal and if you experience this your partner could be cheating,” warns Aaron.
“She slept with my grandpa and then with my ex within six hours!”
The woman confronted both of them, but neither offered an explanation.
Instead, her former friend mocked her on social media, writing: “I’ll just f*ck your grandpa. See you at breakfast, princess.”

She recently learned that her ex-boyfriend has been in and out of jail and her former friend has been serving time in prison.
“Karma catches up to everyone,” she said. “And it feels so satisfying.”
