Debating about whether or not the original Die Hard is a Christmas movie only proves the point that it totally is. Yes, the man himself, Bruce Willis has (jokingly) said Die Hard is NOT a Christmas movie, but we all watch the 1988 classic around this time of year anyway.
The absolute banger of a first movie depicted NYPD detective John McClane (Willis) desperate to have a nice Christmas Eve, but instead, ended up having to fight terrorists in a high-rise building. From there, the Die Hard mythos was born, and even though not all the sequels have a Christmas element, we love this series around the holidays.
So, where can you stream all the Die Hard movies right now? Here's your guide to a killer Christmas movie marathon.

The follow-up to Die Hard isn't as perfect as the original, but it does have the advantage of sporting more airplane heist action.
Samuel L. Jackson joined Bruce Willis for the third Die Hard, which is not quite a buddy comedy. But it's not not a buddy comedy either. If there's one Die Hard sequel that comes even slightly close to being as good as the first one, it's With a Vengeance.

Yes, it's the state motto of New Hampshire, but also the theme of the fourth movie in the Die Hard franchise. It had been over a decade since a Die Hard movie was in theaters, so Live Free or Die Hard carried massive expectations. Featuring Mary Elizabeth Winstead as John McLane's daughter, this one is better than you might remember.
While the fourth film was all about John McLane's daughter, the fifth, and for now, final film in the franchise introduced McLane's son, played by Jai Courtney. In theory, this was a passing-of-the-torch moment for the Die Hard franchise, but, in all honesty, the best moments are when John McLane is being a solid badass.
