ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The "ringleader" in a SEFCU bank fraud conspiracy has been sentenced. The United States Department of Justice (DOJ) said Evan Cutler, 25, of Queensbury, was sentenced to three years and eight months in prison.
Between February 2022 and October 2022, Cutler, along with his co-conspirators, allegedly got customers' personal identifying information and impersonated people to get cash and credit from SEFCU, as well as applied for loans with the stolen names.
