Crosby had a goal and three assists in the Penguins’ 5-4 overtime win over the Predators on Thursday night.
With 41 such games in his career so far, no active player in the NHL has more 4+ points games than Crosby does.

Crosby had been on a 10-game goal drought going into Thursday’s game.
Afterwards, Crosby joked about how a reporter asking him about the slump was all it took to get him going.
“I mean, usually, when I’m asked about it, it’s usually when it starts to change,” Crosby said. “So, thank you. You know, what took you so long?”

The Penguins have rallied back from a slow start to the season where they were 2-8 in their first 10 games.
The team has won 7 of their last 10 games and currently sit one point out of the second wild card spot in the Eastern Conference standings.
