Joakim Helenius' Trigon Capital has acquired one of Estonia's largest agricultural companies, Estonia Farmid, which the entrepreneur plans to merge with his existing company, Väätsa Agro. The parties have not disclosed the transaction price, but according to Helenius, it falls between €1 and €100 million.
