MSRTC will expand its bus fleet. The corporation will add 3,500 buses in 2025. 2,200 buses will be purchased. 1,300 buses will be leased. This aims to reduce breakdowns and wait times. The current fleet has shrunk since the pandemic. MSRTC also plans to develop bus stations across Maharashtra.
