COEYMANS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A mother and son living in Coeymans were arrested following a traffic stop on Wednesday. Melissa Albright and Rolland Hollins, 19, allegedly resisted arrest among other things.

At midnight on Wednesday deputies from the Albany County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop near U.S. Route 9W when the driver, Hollins, was uncooperative. Hollins allegedly went into his home, grabbed a sharp object resembling a knife, and threw it at the deputies.
Albright allegedly interfered in the situation by assaulting a deputy. Both suspects are being held in the Albany County Correctional Facility and will be arraigned on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
