Lily-Rose Depp was spotted heading to film an episode of “Good Morning America” today in New York. Depp was joined by her “Nosferatu” co-star Nicholas Hoult on “GMA” live to share details on their roles in the modern take on the classic 1922 horror film.
For her talk show appearance, the “Tusk” star popped on a pair of Chanel cap-toe slingback pumps in black. Retailing for $995 via Fashionphile, the actress’ footwear pick included double cc logo detailing in silver, textural black satin or leather uppers and almond-shaped capped toes crafted of an equally textural cloth. Thin but sturdy straps sat around Depp’s heels, securing the style in place. Finally, 2 to 3-inch block heels finished off the set, offering a walkable and subtle boost.
For those looking to emulate Depp’s Chanel footwear moment but with a little more vibrancy, the capped-toe style also comes in shades of silver, tan, seafoam green, burgundy and cream. The slingback also comes in a unique tweed construction in two different colorways, paying homage to the brand’s favorite heritage fabric.
All wrapped up, Depp combatted the chill in the air in an oversized brown leather jacket. The bulky outerwear featured snap closures. The rest of the thespian’s ensemble was eclipsed by her outerwear.
When not in elevated styles, you’ll usually find Depp in laidback sneakers for her casual outings. The thespian also can be spotted in the likes of Maison Margiela, Acne Studios, New Balance and, of course, Chanel as some of her other favorite footwear designers.
Beyond her impeccable taste in footwear, Depp has dipped her toes into the modeling world, walking for the likes of Chanel ala Karl Lagerfeld who saw her as a muse. She has a long-standing history with the storied fashion house spanning all the way back to 2015 when she was named as an ambassador at the age of 16.
