SANDUSKY, OH — A Sandusky couple is celebrating a $10,000 win after purchasing an Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket, Billion, during a routine grocery run.The winning ticket was bought by the husband at The Kroger Co. #858, located at 226 E Perkins Ave, while his wife and baby took a nap at home. The couple had some tickets to cash in, and along with groceries, they decided to try their luck with six new lottery tickets. The first ticket they scratched revealed the $10,000 prize.After mandatory federal and state tax withholdings, the couple will receive approximately $7,200.
