The continuous rain in Brisbane has been of a major problem for India for their ongoing third Test against Australia at Gabba in Brisbane, which has frustrated players and fans. Mitchell Starc in particular was visibly upset with the constant interruptions due to rain, as he got engaged in an argument with the umpire as rein continuously delayed the game and forced players off the field.
The unpredictable weather has troubled the entire match, with only Day 2 having provided an uninterrupted play. The rest of the days have seen consistent rain showers, which has either caused complete disruption of the game, or either the stumps being called off early.
On December 17, just as the match was reaching the tea break, another drizzle began. Even though the intensity of the rain was mildly intense, the umpires made the decision to send players off the field.
The constant interruptions throughout the day caused the patience level of Mitchell Starc to break, which led to a heated exchange with umpires. He was visibly frustrate as he rolled his eyes and went off the field. This small incident further added a comedic event to the rather frustrating situation.

This was not the first time that rain disrupted the match and resulted in players getting frustrated. On Day 3, both Mitchell Starc and KL Rahul were visibly annoyed as rain caused a lot of haults in the proceedings.
