Alina Habba got hit with a fact check from a legal expert on Sunday after the Donald Trump attorney dropped a "bombshell."
Habba, who made some headlines during Trump's civil defamation trial and said in October that court rulings against Trump aren't from "real judges," was recently announced to be Trump's planned "Counselor to the President" in the upcoming term.
Habba over the weekend sent out what she labeled a "BOMBSHELL."

"Nathan Wade admits to coordinating with the White House in the Georgia prosecution of Donald Trump," she wrote.
Habba shared a video of a Fox News report in which the host noted that Wade, formerly a prosecutor in the Trump criminal case, had said he met with President Joe Biden's administration.
That caught the attention of analyst Anna Bower of Lawfare.
"This 'news' is...not news," Bower wrote on X, formerly Twitter.
"Wade's deposition transcript has been out for more than a month. In that deposition, he specifically denied that the Fulton County district attorney's office improperly coordinated with the White House to bring charges against Trump," she added.
Bower further noted that "there are legitimate investigative reasons why GA prosecutors might have communicated" with the White House or former White House counsel.
"Former WH counsel were potential witnesses in the case," she wrote. "And prosecutors might have needed to discuss executive privilege issues with the privilege-holder (the WH)."
