Scattered showers are expected to continue through at least the first half of today. By the afternoon more spotty rain will linger around. Temperatures will top off in the mid 40s once again. Winds speeds are also going to pick up and will be fairly breezy at times.
Tonight rain calms down for now, but cloudy skies will stick around. Winds speeds will also settle down a bit. Temperatures are going to be interesting. By midnight Central Ohio will be in the mid 40s. As the night goes on temps will actually slowly creep upwards. This is all ahead of the bigger cold front on the way.
Even more rain rolls in on Monday. By the time all is said and done roughly 2 inches of rain will fall across much of Central Ohio. Highs will also really warm up as temps top off in the mid 50s. These warm temps will not last much longer as a cold front arrives Monday night.
More chances for scattered rain pop up in the middle of the week. Temperatures will continue on their downward trend as well. Eventually a dip in the jet stream will drop temps to below normal for this time of year by this upcoming weekend. This includes temps below the freezing point by kickoff of the upcoming game at Ohio Stadium.
