You may or may not have known this, but supermodel Kate Moss has been dating Count Nikolai von Bismarck for about nine years, on and off. However, insiders alleged that they broke up again in Dec 2024 for good and claimed that Moss has one major reason for “cutting ties.”
A source recently spoke with The Sun about their split, saying how they’ve grown much too different.
“Kate and Nikolai have been on and off for months, and eventually Kate felt the time was right to move on and cut ties,” the source alleged to the outlet. “She felt they were going on different journeys in life. And, at 50, Kate feels fabulous and like she wants to get back out there and have some fun in time for Christmas. Despite being 13 years her junior, Nikolai wants to enjoy a quieter life. He remains on his sober path and they just have increasingly different hobbies and wants.”
They added, “Obviously it’s a bit awkward because they move in similar social circles and he is the son of her great family friend Debbie von Bismarck. But she and von Bismarck remain on friendly terms, and are both adamant there won’t be any tension or hostility.”
So, it seems this lowkey couple is calling it quits for good, allegedly because Moss loves the extroverted life, while Bismarck loves more quiet nights in. But we’re glad to hear that they’re still on friendly terms, allegedly.
For those who don’t know, Moss and Bismarck were family friends for years since she’s been longtime pals with his mother, Debonnaire von Bismarck. Then, in 2015, they started dating. However, since then, they’ve been in an on-again, off-again relationship for nearly a decade.
They broke up numerous times, once including in 2023 when rumors swirled after he was seen with model Camilla Rowe. However, they reportedly reconciled in early 2024, because calling it quits once again in Dec 2024, seemingly for good.
