A video of a differently abled man begging inside a Bengaluru Metro train has prompted an investigation by authorities. The incident, the second in three years, is being investigated to determine the exact time and location of the occurrence. Officials are also trying to ascertain if the man was wearing a skull cap upon entering the metro station.
