We finally get a break from the cold weather through the next several days.
A warm front remains positioned to our north through the next several days and will remain stalled through the early parts of next week.
This reason for this is a jet stream which remains well to the north of us, featuring troughs which are not strong enough to give us any frontal passages. This will lead to a continuation of warm temperatures through the weekend.
Highs will be in the mid-70s today with mostly cloudy skies and could be in the upper 70s Sunday through Wednesday. With the front in proximity, rain chances will be in the forecast, albeit slight, through Tuesday.
By Wednesday, rain chances could increase as a front works through the area. This front will be able to move through as we finally get a strong enough trough to push it through. This will lead to colder temperatures for Thursday and Friday of next week. We'll see highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s and morning starts in the 30s once again!
