Zoë Saldaña brought a snazzy look to the Screen Actors Guild Awards Season Celebration held in Los Angeles on Dec. 12. Awards season is already showing love to Saldaña, who was recently nominated for her first Golden Globe in the best supporting actress category for her role as Rita in the film “Emilia Pérez.”
Saldaña modeled a monochrome black ensemble for the celebratory occasion. The actress was outfitted in a gown showcasing an off-the-shoulder design that made it look like one side of her dress had fallen down, establishing a sense of effortlessness for the outfit. The fabric clung loosely to her figure and transitioned into a swishy skirt. She wore her hair in shiny ombré waves and accessorized with a dainty chain necklace with a circular pendant and several rings.
Saldaña’s dress matched a pair of sleek black boots with a tight-fitting shaft. The shoes featured a relatively flat almond toe and were detailed with a vertical line running down the center of the upper. The classic style subtly accented her dress and brought a chic urban vibe to her ensemble.
Saldaña is known to rock a red carpet in eye-catching footwear. She recently attended the Elle Women in Hollywood event in November wearing a Schiaparelli denim gown with strappy Saint Laurent heeled sandals, a look styled by Petra Flannery. She opted for Saint Laurent shoes again when she appeared on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” earlier that month, wearing black slingback heels featuring a shining gold cap toe to accompany a sharp suit. At the start of November, she wore glossy black T-strap pumps with jeans and a blazer.
