Opposition MPs have initiated impeachment proceedings against Allahabad High Court judge Shekhar Kumar Yadav for alleged hate speech and incitement of communal disharmony at a VHP event. A notice, signed by 55 MPs, accuses Justice Yadav of targeting minorities and violating the Constitution by publicly expressing views on political matters like the uniform civil code.
