December 13 – Concacaf is expanding its Nations League B and C divisions to include a final four competition, starting with the 2026/27 edition.
Currently only League A has a Finals competition, which sees the top four qualified teams compete in a centralised venue, playing semi-finals, a third-place play-off and a final.
The finals have been played three times and the US have own each edition in Denver, Las Vegas and Houston.
