Olivia Munn’s Daughter Méi Is the Squishiest Baby ‘Buddha’ in Heart-Melting Holiday Photos
Baby Jesus may be the most famous holiday baby (he has that whole original-Christmas-nativity-scene thing going for him), but Olivia Munn’s baby Méi is definitely the cutest. She just shared heart-melting holiday photos of her squishy baby “Buddha” in front of the Christmas tree — and adorable doesn’t begin to cover how we feel about this little cutie.
Méi, who was born via surrogate on Sept. 14, is dressed in nothing but a diaper and a cozy blanket as she lies propped up under a twinkling tree in the new photos. Everything from her chunky cheeks to her thigh rolls (and sweet belly!) are just so squeeze-able. We don’t know how Munn gets anything done because I would just want to hold Méi all day long! For her part, Méi looks totally unfazed. She’s just staring at the camera with a somewhat weary expression on her face.
In the second photo, Méi gives a demure smile, playing with her fingers as she tolerates her photo being taken. (She definitely seems less Buddha and more Barbie in this one, but just as cute obviously!)
“Found a Buddha in the manger. ????” the Hit-Monkey star captioned the sweet post.
The Home Edit’s Clea Shearer commented, “Sweet angel!!!!” Another said, “Cutest little Buddha. It’s the rolls that get me ????Love when they hit that squishy phase.”
“STOOPPPP!! The cutest Buddha!!! Aaahhh!!! ????” someone else wrote. “I don’t know how to go about the rest of my day after seeing this. ????” another person said, and same. Our brains are malfunctioning after this huge dose of cuteness.
The X-Men: Apocalypse star shares Méi and son Malcolm, 3, with husband John Mulaney. Earlier this month, the proud mom shared a video of baby Méi feeding from a bottle as Munn pointed out the unique hair her daughter has.
“She’s got that stick straight Asian hairstyle. Just like I had when I was a baby,” Munn wrote on her Instagram story, adding, “So cute.” Her straight black hair, which is already sticking straight up, just adds to Méi’s incredible charm!
