AFTER weeks of gruelling rehearsals and tense dance-offs, one lucky couple will soon be crowned the winners of Strictly Come Dancing 2024.
The remaining pairs will battle it out during a spectacular two-and-a-half-hour extravaganza. Here we take a look at who is still in the running to claim the coveted Glitterball Trophy.
Strictly Come Dancing burst back onto screens in September 2024, and fans have been eagerly tuning in every weekend.
The show started with 12 celebrities and their pro partners all taking part.
Each week they have been whittled down and now there are just four celebrities left.
They will compete in the live grand final on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 7pm on BBC One.
JB Gill burst onto the scene in the noughties when his band JLS auditioned for X Factor.
Despite not winning, the band proved hugely popular and soon became charttoppers.
JB’s ride on Strictly ride had a few bumps in the road, but in the semi-final he earned a perfect score with partner Lauren Oakley.
The singer and TV presenter was originally paired with Amy Dowden, but she had to pull out after collapsing backstage.
Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola proved to be one of the most popular pairings of the series.
The actress had instant chemistry with the Italian dancer and they sizzled on the dancefloor.
The pair were top of the leaderboard for Halloween Week and went onto receive amazing scores throughout the show.
Blind comedian Chris McCausland defied all the odds to become one of the most talented dancers on Strictly 2024.
Paired with Aussie pro Dianne Buswell, the TV star’s amazing footwork didn’t go unnoticed by the judges.
The comic had previously joked he would be “gone by October”, but managed to prove himself wrong.
After finding fame on Love Island, Tasha Ghouri was snapped up for Strictly.
Paired with Ajaz Skorjanec, she was the first celebrity to get a perfect score.
Despite being in the dance-off twice in the later episodes of the competition, she made it to the final.
Every week during the results show on a Sunday night, Strictly waved goodbye to another celebrity and their pro partner.
Here’s who competed in the show, but missed out on the final:
