City fans are reminded that the renewal deadline for season tickets is Friday 13th December at 5pm
Since renewals have opened the majority of City fans have renewed their season tickets for the 2025 season.
If you have yet to renew your season ticket, please check your emails for the renewal email which has been issued
If you held a 2024 season ticket and have not received an email – please contact ticketing@derrycityfc.net to update your email and ensure a renewal email can be issued to you. Before doing so, please check your spam and other folders to ensure this was not filtered elsewhere.
If you were relocated from Blocks K,L,M to the Terrace during the 2024 season – we aim to relocate these supporters in the new north Stand. If you wish to renew in the Southend Stand, please contact us.
Please do not contact us if you have not held a 2024 season ticket, the renewal window for existing seasont ticket holders is our priority at this time. Details of general sale will be announced in due course.
There is an additional cost for physical cards – if you opt for a physical card, this will be ready in January 2025. If you renew with a digital card, this can be added to your phone wallet immediately.
Please note if you opt for installments and you do not complete the checkout process, you will need to request that this is re-set to allow you to start again.
