Four people will become millionaires after £10,000,000 was won in Saturday’s Lotto draw.
One ticket holder bagged the £7,300,000 jackpot prize, while three tickets also won £1 million each.
The jackpot winner will take home £7,389,095 after their ticket matched all six of the main Lotto numbers, which were 09, 12, 14, 26, 35 and 42 while the bonus number was 18.
Three ticket holders matched five of the numbers plus the bonus ball to claim the £1,000,000 prizes.
These National Lottery successes follows a very lucky November for Lotto players, as three jackpots worth millions were won across the month.
Over two dozen ticker holders can cash in thousands of pounds, as ten ticket holders matched with four of the numbers and 17 players had Thunderball success.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 05, 08, 13, 25 and 29 while the Thunderball was 12.
No-one matched all five numbers plus the Thunderball to scoop the £500,000 top prize but 17 players matched all five regular numbers to take home £5,000.
These winnings are a far way off the the largest amount ever to be won by a single ticket holder, which was £42million in 1996.
Just as recently as 2020, a 49-year-old builder, Gareth Bull, won £41million, which he used to replace his bungalow with a luxury manor and pool.
No players matched all five numbers in Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw.
There is also an estimated £2 million prize up for grabs in Wednesday’s Lotto draw.
It costs £2 to enter and you can buy a ticket throughout the week, but only until 7.30pm on the Saturday and Wednesday draw days.
