Aldis Hodge-starrer Cross was picked up for a second season by Prime Video, and season 1 has been a huge hit on the streaming service since it debuted in mid-November.
Now, we’re learning more about the status of some of the stars, and whether they will return for season 2 of the show. Specifically, Ryan Eggold‘s Ed Ramsey has the biggest question mark about his return. Ryan led the way as season 1′s main villain, but ended the season in prison.
Will he be returning for season 2, or possibly, future seasons of the TV show?

Writer/producer Ben Watkins teased that Ryan could return, telling Collider, “Spoiler alert: We don’t know if we’ve seen the end of Ramsey.”
Ryan himself told TV Insider, “I’m not allowed to say anything. My honest answer is I don’t know. The possibility exists. We’ve discussed things, but yeah, I don’t know what to say.”
