Grant Scott switches four ahead of this afternoon’s Scottish Gas Scottish Cup Third Round meeting with Hearts.
The Hibees travel to Oriam seeking a spot in the last 16 of the nation’s premier domestic cup competition following a two-week break from action.
The first change sees Club captain Rachael Boyle make her second start of the 2024/25 season.
Returning from injury, Boyle was reinstated to the starting line-up for the first time in over 18 months versus Aberdeen last month and has made seven appearances in total so far this campaign.
In the centre of the park, Michaela McAlonie is fit to start in today’s Edinburgh Derby clash after fully recovering from a knee injury.
McAlonie picked up the knock in November’s Sky Sports Cup tie versus Partick Thistle, forcing the midfielder to miss our league victory over Hearts at Tynecastle and be limited to a late substitute appearance versus Thistle last time out at Meadowbank.
Grant Scott’s third alteration allows speedy winger Abbie Ferguson to reclaim her spot out wide.
By lining up from the off at Oriam, Ferguson makes her 15th appearance of the current campaign and her second start in our last three fixtures.
The fourth and final swap sees our joint-top goalscorer in all competitions, Kathleen McGovern, return to the starting XI.
McGovern has netted 17 times in 14 appearances across the league and Sky Sports Cup – a remarkable feat currently matched by Eilidh Adams.
Making way for the incoming four is centre-back Poppy Lawson, wing-back Mya Christie, midfielder Ciara Grant and centre-forward Adams. The outgoing group are all listed as substitutes.
Ellis Notley is the only absentee as she continues her recovery from an injury sustained in October.
