MCCLAIN COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR)- McClain County Sheriff and Goldsby FD responded to a fatal crash at 103 MM NB I-35 in Goldsby around 8:50 PM Saturday night.
McClain County Sheriff confirmed an Amazon truck was traveling at a high rate of speed and struck the back of a semi-truck.
The Amazon truck reportedly caught on fire with the occupant still inside.
Authorities confirmed the Amazon truck was lodged under the semi-truck.
Hours after the crash, OHP confirmed the driver died due to severe injuries sustained in the crash.
Traffic was slowed and downgraded to one lane for three hours. Roadways were clear around 12:20 a.m. Sunday morning.
