MANILA, Philippines – Ain’t no doubt, ENHYPEN loves their Filipino ENGENEs!
For the third time this 2024, global sensation ENHYPEN reconnected with their Filipino fans during their sold-out fun meet event organized by donut brand DUNKIN on December 6, in Araneta Coliseum.
The seven-member group composed of Jungwon (leader), Heeseung, Jay, Jake, Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-Ki, opened the event “a la Pinoy” style – posing in front of the camera while backstage, then appearing on stage to perform their new hit song, “No Doubt.”
Filipino ENGENEs were lucky as it was the first time the group performed their new song outside of South Korea. ENHYPEN just released its repackaged album “Romance : Untold -daydream-” in early November that included “No Doubt,” “Daydream,” on top of their songs like “XO (Only If You Say Yes),” among others.
Right after their performance, ENHYPEN answered some questions from the event’s host, video jockey Ai dela Cruz. The group also went on to play “Wheel of Destiny,” where they did the challenge given by the digital wheel.
Here are the corresponding challenges for each member:

Back in May, the group reunited with their Filipino fans at Bench’s “A Sweet Experience Fan Meet,” held in Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City. In February, the septet also held their sold-out “Fate” concert in New Clark City attended by thousands and thousands of supportive ENGENEs.
In the middle of the program, ENHYPEN serenaded their fans with “Bills.”
Then after a heartfelt performance, the group’s bond was put to a test with the second game, “Destined Connection.” Each of the member guessed the owners of the body part shown on screen, and the member who got the most correct answers won.
Sunghoon, Sunoo, and Ni-Ki, were initially tied with five points each so they had to play in the tie-breaker round. In the end, “stage genius” Sunoo won the game.
Since the group just celebrated its fourth anniversary on November 30, Filipino ENGENEs prepared a special tribute for their “OT7.” ENHYPEN watched a compilation of video greetings from their fans all around the country, while DUNKIN also prepared a video for the group that showcased different Philippine tourist spots.
Before the program ended, ENHYPEN addressed their fans for the last time this year. The group expressed its gratitude to their ENGENEs who have been with them since 2020.
The seven-member group closed their second fun meet this year by treating Filipino ENGENES with a live performance of their song, “Brought The Heat Back.” ENHYPEN also appeared to have enjoyed their return as the group lingered on stage to feel the moment and enjoy their own music even for a while.
“So first of all, we would like to extend our gratitude for making this possible…. See you all guys again in our concert,” Jungwon told ENGENEs.
“It’s nothing big, but I would like to extend my gratitude to DUNKIN and everyone. If there is an opportunity, we’ll definitely come back here to the Philippines,” Heeseung said.
Under HYBE’s Be:Lift, ENHYPEN debuted in 2020, at the height of the pandemic. The group’s members won the survival show “i-LAND” that paved their way to their K-pop debut.
With their massive fanbase worldwide, ENHYPEN is considered as one of the biggest acts among K-pop’s fourth generation groups.
The group was recently named as the top TikTok artist in South Korea for 2024 and ranked second in Tiktok’s Most Popular Global Artists of 2024. Recently, Rolling Stone put ENHYPEN’s “XO” 97th in the top 100 songs of 2024 – making the act the only Korean boy group in the list and the hit as one of the four K-Pop songs included in the ranking.
ENHYPEN will return to the Philippines in March 2025 for its “WALK THE LINE” concert in Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan. – Rappler.com
