THE Towie Christmas special was thrown into chaos as a star was kicked off set midway through filming – and escorted out by security.
Season 33 of the ITVBe show wrapped up earlier this year – and fans will be happy to know that the cast recently reunited for the festive one-off episode.
If the Christmas special is anything like the latest series, it will be filled with tears, fiery arguments and shocking revelations.
The Sun can exclusively reveal that Livvy Jay left filming early.
A source told us: “Livvy hasn’t been on the show much recently but was asked to return for the Christmas special.
“She filmed scenes but midway through the final day of filming she was kicked off set – it was really dramatic and security marched her out and she went home.
“Now, she’ll only be in a few scenes – the ones filmed before the incident.”
A Towie spokesperson said: “We can confirm that a cast member left set early, and did not film for the remainder of the Christmas special.”
It has not been made clear what actually happened.
Lash technician Livvy joined the Towie cast midway through the latest series with Becks Bloomberg, after The Sun revealed they were in talks to shake up the new series.
They certainly caused some drama as Becks had drama with Saffron Lempriere, as the lash business owner’s mate was dating Saffron’s ex.
In their opening scene, Becks and her fellow newcomer and business partner Liv appeared in their salon with Sophie Kasaei.
Becks – who is childhood pals with Elma Pazar and has a surprise connection to Katie Price – opened up to Sophie about her connections to Essex and to Saffron.
She said: “I have actually heard though to grapevine that there is a bit of an issue,” adding that she wanted to be “mature” about it.
Meanwhile Livvy has recently been seen on dates with her co-star Sammy Root.
But in August The Sun revealed that the Love Islander had “grown close” to Livvy after joining the cast in July.
Elma told us: “Sammy is getting close to Livvy, she’s new and so is he.
“He’s getting close to her. I’ve known Sammy for a little while, I’ve met him on a few occasions and he’s a lovely boy.”
A source also confirmed to us that they were dating.
Sammy and Livvy’s romance played out on our screens in the latest series and they enjoyed an ice cream date during one scene.
Despite their connection, they decided to stay as friends.
Livvy shared some stunning snaps from filming with the caption: “Christmas special.”
The star wowed in a brown blazer dress, leopard print heels and a Fendi handbag.
In another snaps she was joined by Becks, Dani Imbert and Elma Pazar.
