A WOMAN has revealed the six gifts men must avoid buying their partners this Christmas.
So if you’re yet to head to the shops and stock up on presents and are unsure on what to get – you’ve come to the right place.
A content creator named Mandy, who is from Newcastle upon Tyne, explained that women don’t want tiny jams or Dove sets this year.
She also advised men to leave cheap perfume dupes and novelty food sets on the shelves.
Posting on social media, the influencer shared her divisive clip on the Home Bargains gifts she wouldn’t want to receive, leaving many open-mouthed.
She simply said: “Men – we do not want this for Christmas.”
First up, Mandy advised shoppers to leave perfume dupes in stores, as she claimed: “We do not want £1.99 perfume called Mastermind Vintage.
“We do not want One Billion [Paco Rabanne dupe] that’s a fiver.”
She then shared her thoughts on deodorant gift sets, as she added: “We do not want any of these gift sets – I don’t think men want any of these gift sets either.
“I realise that Lynx and Christmas go together but we just don’t want them, we definitely don’t want stuff like this.
“Lynx for women? It’s a no from me.”
Not only is Mandy not keen on Lynx sets, but she also claimed that beauty sets from Dove and Nivea are also a no go.
She snapped: “We don’t want Dove gift sets, we can buy those ourselves.
“Definitely don’t want Nivea – now if you’re a Nana maybe you’re buying that, but we don’t want this stuff.”
It often feels like Christmas decorations and products start appearing in stores earlier each year.

As well as this, Mandy advised men to ditch the novelty food sets, as she stressed: “Please don’t buy your partner a Mugshot for Christmas.
“I don’t know about tiny jams, your nan might want tiny jams, but we don’t want tiny jams.
“Horlicks and socks? Only for nanas.”

Not only does Mandy think that women don’t want cheap food parcels, but she said the same thing about wine sets too.
She shared: “Apparently Echo Falls is the perfect night in – it is not the perfect night, it’s disgusting.”
Finally, this savvy shopper warned men against buying posh-looking beauty sets containing cheap body creams and shower gels.

She concluded: “And definitely definitely not this stuff – with a little imagination you can do much better, so stay away from the packaged gift sets because they’re not worth it and no one wants them.”
Mandy later confirmed: “You can put together your own gift hamper which is so much nicer than the pre-packaged cheap gift sets from Home Bargains et al.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @mandyyourtiktokmum, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up 118,200 views.
But social media users were left totally divided by Mandy’s recommendations – whilst many couldn’t agree more, others claimed they were ‘grateful for anything’.

A second chimed in: “Can you please tell my MIL this.”
Whilst someone else admitted: “People think I’m being mean or ungrateful when I say I don’t want toiletries sets, “dupe perfume” or artificial scented candles, but I have sensitive skin and over-powering smells make me gib.”

One person said: “Personally I’m grateful for anything I’m given from anyone, it’s the thought that counts.”
Another added: “Speak for yourself I love a Dove or Nivea gift set.”
A third commented: “Sorry but if that’s all anyone can afford to buy me for Christmas then I’m quite happy to receive it.”
