The Bruins will look for their second win in a row when they take on the Detroit Red Wings on Tuesday.
Boston is coming off a thrilling 6-3 win over the Montreal Canadiens in the Centennial Game. Charlie McAvoy was the star of the matchup as the B’s celebrated their history and legends last Sunday.
Interim head coach Joe Sacco still would like more consistency from his side. Since the last matchup against Detroit at Little Caesars Arena on Nov. 23, the Bruins traded wins and losses with their next three opponents.
Boston will start the same skaters from last Sunday to maintain its consistency. That means Tyler Johnson and Parker Wotherspoon will be healthy scratches. Joonas Korpisalo will get the nod between the pipes.
Puck drop for Tuesday’s Bruins-Red Wings matchup at TD Garden is scheduled at 7 p.m. ET on ESPN+ and Hulu.
