However, Democratic Representative Greg Stanton from Arizona questioned Biden’s reasoning, stating, “I respect President Biden, but I think he made a mistake.” Stanton pointed out that Hunter Biden was not politically persecuted, as he had committed serious crimes and was convicted by a jury.

On June 22nd, Hunter was found guilty of three charges related to buying, carrying, and possessing a firearm.
