Baylen Dupree is going from TikTok to television in the new series Baylen Out Loud!
The 22-year-old has been documenting herself online as she navigates life living with Tourette Syndrome, sharing her life with 9.5 million followers and going viral.
Now, the TikToker will be share her life on a bigger screen in the upcoming TLC reality series, the network announced on Tuesday (December 4).

Here’s a synopsis: Every day, Baylen faces a variety of extreme and uncontrollable vocal and motor tics while navigating the challenges of becoming an independent adult. Supported by her loving family in West Virginia, including her five siblings, devoted boyfriend, Colin, protective father, Allen, and strong and independent mother, Julie, Baylen learns to manage the complexities of Tourette and embrace life fully.
In each episode, Baylen pushes “herself outside her comfort zone in pursuit of the independent life she’s always dreamed of, particularly as she strives to build a future with her boyfriend, Colin. After years of feeling self-conscious about her condition, Baylen is finally ready to live freely, embracing her authentic self and showing the world that Tourette doesn’t define her. With the support of her family and friends, Baylen is ready to stretch her wings.”
