The Caribbean Baseball Confederation (COCABE) together with the Bahamas Baseball Association announced the U-15 Caribbean Cup, to take place from 4 to 9 December at the Andre Rodgers Baseball Stadium in Nassau, The Bahamas.
Five teams are going to participate in the event: Cuba, US Virgin Islands, Sint Maarten, Dominican Republic and the host country Bahamas.
The schedule features a single round robin to be played from 4 to 8 December, with two games each day. The top two teams in the standings will play for the title, while third and fourth place finishers will face off in the bronze medal game.
This same venue organised the 6th senior Caribbean Baseball Cup last October, in which Curacao won the gold medal, US Virgin Islandas was runner up and Cuba claimed the bronze medal.
The National Broadcasting Corporation of Bahamas ZNS will broadcast all the games of the tournament online, through the R1LIVE pay per view platform.
Next year in December, the Bahamas will host the 7th Caribbean Cup, that is expected to be a qualifier for the Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026.
