Did anyone over the age of two ever think for a nano-second that pro-abortion President Joe Biden meant it when he said he wouldn’t pardon his corrupt son, Hunter Biden? Indeed, the more often he would repeat his pledge—vouched for over and over by White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre —the more convinced you were that it was all bluff and bluster.
But while normal people understood that on so many topics Biden lied every time he moved his lips, when it comes to abortion, the Abortion Industry did have a true friend.
As of September 1, Biden has appointed and the Senate has confirmed 205 federal judges, outpacing even President Donald Trump. In his only opportunity to appoint a justice to the Supreme Court, he chose reliably pro-abortion Ketanji Brown Jackson. His administration is loaded with abortion zealots, starting with the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of Justice, to name just two.

It would have been even more dreadful if pro-abortion Vice President Kamala Harris had become President Kamala Harris. For a taste of what it would have been like, take a look at her record which you can find here.
We’ve documented umpteenth times how dangerous the Abortion Pill is to women. But what is a water-carrier for the Planned Parenthoods of this world supposed to do? Worry about women? Pfff.
And the never-enough-abortions crowd still has hopes that Biden will ring out his four awful years in office by making it possible to yet again increase the number of dead babies.
Shefali Luthra writes today asking, “What Actions Can the Biden Admin Take on Abortion Before Trump Takes Office? The subhead reads, “Even faced with a hostile administration, some reproductive rights policies will not disappear immediately.”
Luthra expects “the incoming Trump administration to take a hardline approach and undo many of the policies set in place by the Biden administration.” But
Still, with two months left before Biden leaves office, there are some areas where legal scholars and attorneys suggest the outgoing administration could still take action, even if the impact may be narrow or short-lived.
“There were a bunch of things that the Biden administration did do,” said Jennifer Dalven, head of the ACLU’s Reproductive Freedom Project. “The question is what will be undone, and how quickly and can we fight it.”
Adds Molly Duane, an attorney at the Center for Reproductive Rights, “Anything that the federal or state governments can do to support both abortion providers and funds — be it financially or otherwise — to get through the transition to an administration that will be hostile to abortion and reproductive rights in general, they absolutely should.”
Okay, here’s one example. Some pro-abortion legal scholars hope they can continue distorting the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA). The Biden administration turned this 1986 law—that prevented “patient dumping” —into a mandate that abortion on demand be performed throughout all fifty states in hospital emergency rooms.
The anti-life crew is hoping against hope they can sneak more killing in under the wire. Let’s hope and pray they are unsuccessful.
