Manipur conducted a drive and found 29 individuals from Assam not complying with ILP guidelines. They have been deported. The state government has formed committees to review and enhance the implementation of ILP. District Level Task Forces have also been set up to check ILPs on the ground. The government plans to strengthen ILP enforcement and address issues soon.
