Manglam Builders has acquired a 3.5-acre land on Ajmer Road for ₹107 crores to develop a luxury mixed-use commercial project with an estimated development cost of ₹500 crores. The project will include retail spaces, a five-star hotel, a multiplex, and offices, spread over 11 lakh sq ft.
