The Cavs welcome the Boston Celtics to the frigid banks of the Cuyahoga River for what can be considered the first real battle for the top seed in the Eastern Conference as we stand at the quarter pole of the regular season. The Cavs have firmly established themselves as one of the top four teams in the East along with the Celtics, Orlando Magic, and by point-differential New York Knicks. The next iteration of the Cavs is actually being competitive against the real contenders. The Cavs need to show they learned something, and punch back.
As for injuries, both teams will be without keys players including Jaylen Brown and Derrick White for Boston, Max Strus and Dean Wade for the good guys. Tip off is scheduled for 6:00PM Eastern time and will be broadcasted live nationally on NBATV and locally on Fanduel Sports Network. Go Cavs!
