The Church of Jesus Christ is a Christian group organized by Joseph Smith and five others in New York on April 6, 1830. The church is a small minority in the Philippines — with nearly 868,000 members as compared to more than 85 million members of the Roman Catholic Church — but it is one of the most active in interfaith activities.
