“Did it almost kill me? Yes…did I feel 1 million times better for it once I’d finished? Also yes.”
The star appeared to be back to her usual self, and emphasized her relief about returning to her usual fitness regime after the health scare.
Tori rose to fame as part of MAFS Australia, where she got the attention of viewers with her candid personality.
Initially she came across as a strong-willed girl boss, describing herself to the experts as a “bulldog” who “doesn’t compromise”.
However, this side of her completely disappeared when she got paired with macho fitness trainer Jack.
The self-professed “alpha” male quickly started showing her that he intended to be the boss in their relationship.
Their relationship was plagued with controversy throughout their time on the show as viewers and other contestants both reacted badly to Jack’s patriarchal attitudes towards women.
Tori stood by Jack despite all of the speedbumps, and the pair are now one of the only two couples who are still together now the show has ended.
Since the show the couple have taken their romance to the next level by moving in together.
Fans had spotted Tori selling her belongings on Facebook Marketplace ahead of the move, according to The Tab.
The couple revealed to Daily Mail Australia that Tori had moved from Melbourne to the Gold Coast to be with Jack.
“There was no need for us to live apart any longer. We were pretty much ready to be together, so I sold everything and moved on up,” Tori said.
