Below we’ll be sharing what we think are the very best Mac deals right now. We will update this page as we spot more discounts. Also note that Apple has announced its own Black Friday 2024 sale.
Apple just updated the Mac mini and iMac with M4 chips, which usually means you can get a good price on an older model. However, this year it is important to know that Apple also doubled the RAM on the base models from 8GB to 16GB. That’s essentially a $200/£200 price cut since prices stayed the same in the U.S. and actually dropped in the U.K. As a result, the older generation of iMac and Mac mini would have to be considerably reduced in price to compete with the newer models.
You’ll see how much RAM (aka unified memory) is on offer for the deals below, so you know exactly what you are getting. We also include the price Apple sells Macs for and the price it used to sell them for in the case of discontinued models.

Apple doesn’t discount Macs for Black Friday. Rather, Apple gives away gift cards with certain purchases.
For Apple’s Black Friday offer this year, it is giving gift cards for the following amounts with specific Mac purchases made on Apple’s U.S. site or Apple’s U.K. site: $200/£160 Apple Gift Card with a 15-inch MacBook Air (M3), a $175/£140 Apple Gift Card with the 13-inch MacBook Air (M3), or a$150/£120 Apple Gift Card with a 13-inch MacBook Air (M2).
The newest Macs, including the M4 MacBook Pro models, Mac mini, and iMac aren’t included int his year’s sale.
While a $200 gift card is nice if you are planning to buy a second Apple product or service, you can find actual discounts that are better if you shop around.
