The Special Investigation Team (SIT) has launched its probe into allegations of using adulterated ghee for making laddu prasad at Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple during the previous YSRCP regime. The SIT, comprising members from the CBI, Andhra Pradesh Police, and FSSAI, is investigating records from Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams regarding ghee procurement and quality processes.
