The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Basudeb Bagchi and Avi Bagchi, promoters of Prayag Group, in connection with a Rs 2,800 crore chit fund scam. They are accused of defrauding the public with false high-return schemes. A CBI court has granted 10 days custody to the ED for further investigation.
