Mangaluru's Old DC office, a historical landmark from the British era, will host a heritage exhibition on November 30 and December 1. The 'Echoes' festival, organized by the Dakshina Kannada district administration, will feature art and sketching contests, heritage walks, a panel discussion, and a musical performance by Sur Safar.
