After a weekend off, Royal Wootton Bassett Town return to Hellenic League Premier Division action on Saturday with a home date against Tuffley Rovers (Sustain Stadium, 3pm kick off). Bassett fell to a 1-0 defeat against Rovers when the teams met in Gloucestershire in mid-September - losing for their first time since December 2017 against their opponents and ending a seven game unbeaten run. Now though Sam Collier and his side have the chance to avenge that loss - and seal an important victory against a Rovers side who find themselves entering the second half of the season with an outside shot at a playoff place. Admission on Saturday is £8 for adults, £5 for concessions and free for RWBTFC youth members. On Sunday the Women's First Team kick off December with a trip to Downend Flyers in the South West Regional Women's Football League Division One North (2pm kick off). Bassett were 6-0 winners when the teams met in Wiltshire in September and Adam Wood's side will be pushing to complete a season double over their opponents who currently sit bottom of the table. On Saturday there's an away derby for the Development team as they visit near neighbours Blunsdon (2pm kick off). Following last week's vital win against Salisbury Development, Mark Simpkins' team will be aiming for victory against another side who they are jockeying for position with in the bottom half of the Wiltshire League Premier Division.
