MANILA, Philippines – After the global summit in Azerbaijan comes another round of negotiations for a global treaty tackling plastic pollution.
Delegates from around the world flock to Busan, South Korea, for the plastic talks which seek to drastically cut plastic production through a legally binding agreement.
