Black Friday is no longer a single-day event. If you're waiting until this Friday, Nov. 29, to start your shopping, you'll be missing on many early Black Friday sales and deals retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Home Depot, which are all angling for your dollars with big discounts on prices on many tech products.
Not to be outdone, Best Buy has its own impressive selection of Black Friday deals on tech, with many items reaching their lowest prices of the year, according to price tracking tools. Here are my picks for the best sales and the biggest discounts.
If you're an Android user, two of your best options for headphones are at their lowest prices ever. For those looking for the best active noise canceling, the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are $329 (originally $429), a great deal at the moment. If you value the best audio quality, then the Sony WH1000XM5 for $299.99 (originally $399.99) are a great mix of performance and price. And if you're looking for a good deal on reliable, well-rounded earbuds, the Jabra Elite 10 are $149.99 (originally $249.99).
The 64GB wifi-only ninth-generation iPad is currently going for $199 (originally $329), matching the all-time low price it first hit in August. This iPad was considered the best iPad for most people by PCMag and received its Editors' Choice award in an "excellent" review. While it is three years old, it's not yet on the list of Apple products no longer getting software updates, so you'll likely still get a few more years of support for it (and more years of use).
The Sony ULT Field 7 is a powerful, rugged portable speaker designed for parties. If you want a small speaker with a rumbling bass and an input for both a karaoke mic and a guitar, this Sony speaker can do that and more. (Read amore in PCMag's review.) Right now, you can get it for its lowest price ever: $349.99 (originally $499.99).
Those looking to improve on their TV's mediocre audio can get the JBL Bar 5.0 MultiBeam for $199.99 (originally $399.99), a 50% discount. As CNET explains in their review, the MultiBeam is a compact soundbar with excellent sound quality and multiple streaming features, offering great flexibility.
QLED TVs are cheaper than OLEDs but still offer good quality, and if you're looking to snatch a 55-incher (there are other sizes available too) for a great price, consider the Hisense Mini LED 4K UHD Google TV, currently going for $349.99 (originally $549.99). If you prefer a TCL, the 65-inch QM8-Series is $999.99 (originally $1,499.99), offering a better refresh rate and motion rate. And if you're looking for a TV that won't dominate your living room, The Frame from Samsung looks like a painting when it is off, and is currently at its lowest price ever: You can get the 75-inch model for $1,799.99 (originally $2,999.99); many other sizes are also available at a discount.
