Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has expressed concern over land acquisition delays in Kerala, hindering railway projects worth ₹12,350 crore. Despite the Centre paying over ₹2,100 crore, only 64 hectares of the required 470 hectares have been acquired, impacting projects like the Trivandrum-Kanyakumari line doubling and the Angamali-Sabarimala new line.
